Unhappy Only saw 4 GTO's on vacation

Well 6 states, 8 days and about 1500 miles and a grand total of 4 new Goats seen. 3 04's and 1 05/06.

Just for comparison sake, I saw about a dozen Chrysler Crossfires (rare to see those on the road), 8 to 10 BMW M3's, countless Rustangs, countless Corvettes, countless F-bodies. For a while I thought I'd see more Lamborghini Murcielago's (one and a sweet one at that on the interstate) than Goats, go figure. One Aston Martin DB7. One Packard (year unknown) A bunch of hot rods coming out of Columbus Ohio (having a show?) But also didn't see any TBSS's, SSR's, XLR's. What gives there?

Get out there and drive my friends.

Next time visit Louisisana! Almost daily there are three GTO's practiaclly in the same parking lot. My own 2004 IBM, LAPhantom's '05 PBM and a 2005 Quicksilver Metallic.

The last time I took a road trip (Destin, FL) I saw just two GTO's. There was a Torrid Red GTO with the full SAP at Fudpucker's in Destin. I believe the owner works there. I'll find out in a few months when I'm back down there.

Don't forget the GTO you keep seeing at Copeland's...or maybe you mention the Ford GT parked there today.

BTW: Matt, the STi guy, got some pictures of the GT with his digital camera. He said that he will send them to me and I will forward them to you. I expect them to be much better than the one taken with my camera phone.

That is one thing I loved about the GTO - far and few between.

Same with my TBSS now. Lots of TBs but very few TBSS's

At this point you should just wait for the next Gen -- but that is MHO.
