Shifter queston

Ok guys have a question, going to get my short shifter and have been looking at the Billet Shifter but have also been looking at other cheaper shifters, my question is it worth it to bite the bullet and get the billet or save a hundred or 2 and go with the Hurst?

best all around setup is the lss and hurst T handle . it seems like almost all the after market shifters take a dump sooner or later. I stayed with the stock internals and replaced top portion with the lss. feels much better with less distance to travel , especially the 2-3 shift. be sure and use blue loctite or you will be taking it apart again!

I have the B&M short throw...clean shifts, never miss 3rd again and it is one of the least expensive shifters on the market if not the least expensive.

The Billet shifter is a good shifter. The GMM Ripshifter is also a great shifter, I can say that I am very happy with mine. I have the street version, no vibration noise and feels very solid and precise. Big improvement over stock. I would recommend one of these two options for every M6 owners.
