Sorry, another question. Will you be doing the swap or do you have a shop in mind?

The Street Sweeper HT (flowtechInduction.com) that I'm using has been a real proven performer for street/strip applications with the LS1/LS2 (228/232 .612/.600 111 lsa). The power comes on strong at about 2,500 RPM and pulls hard up to 6,500 RPM. My car traps in the quarter mile at 113-114 MPH and that's with just cam/headers on a LS1. Tuning with any cam is critical. Properly tuned it will drive almost like stock. I can lug mine in 4th gear at 1,100 RPM without any bucking and idles at 825 (manual transmission). As asked it's important to know if it's a stick or auto. Most of the time with an auto you need a higher stall torque converter also.

I Have heard good things about the Streetsweeper also, but what are you after?? A good cam alone has made 100hp for some people. I have tried 4 different cams and really like my Vengeance racing VRX 5 cam. It has a very good lop and comes on strong *** BUT it like many 'big' cams will require a higher stall torque converter to get the maximum out of it . Give Ron at Vengeance Racing he will take the time to help you.

Good Luck
