security card?

I was looking in the manual and it says that theres supposed to be a security card with important #s for the car on it (ie radio pin and key code). did anyone get this or is the manual wrong. if you did find it where was it maybe i just havent seen it yet.

Should have gotten it from the dealer, with the manual,paperwork,and keys. If not, I would contact your dealer and ask for one.

I called the saleman up .Waiting for call back I just wanted to make sure this card actually existed before i started to look for a white elephant.

Yeah, mine came with the owners manual and some literature about my new GTO enclosed in a plastic bag. I realized how important it was so I made photo copies as well.

I didn't get mine either. I contacted the regional rep. and was told he could not get me a replacement. Apparently, some '05's have them missing. The service manager ran my VIN and gave me a printout with the codes. I put one copy in the glovebox and put one in a file. I was not very happy about that and I'm still not satisfied. :angry:

what #s are on the card other than the key code and the radio pin?

do not put it in yer glovebox, if ur car is stolen, i think that paper is too important to let it get stolen

i did get it at the dealership they were actually surprised to see they could pull up all the pin codes and i will take it out of the console .eventually.lol

My wife found ours in the package that the front tag mount came in, which was in the trunk. She read about it on another forum, went and looked and there it was.

I have mine in my plan book thing... Usually stays at the house. I don't have much to plan :-)

Did everyone also get the cd?

I am not entriely sure what I received. However, I know that I got the DVD(?) I haven't taken the time to see what is on it, but I know that I have it.
